Cheesecake Factory Honey Bourbon Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 3/4 oz. Premier Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Honey Syrup
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 dash Bitters
  • 1 Garnish: Thyme, orange, lime etc

Instructions
 

  • Create the Honey Syrup by mixing 8 oz of honey with 8 oz of water. Place on stovetop and heat to just short of boiling. Stir constantly til honey dissolves. Allow to cool before using.
  • Combine the above ingredients into a martini shaker, with crushed ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  • Strain into a beautiful glass and top with a garnish of your choice.
  • Enjoy.
